Coaching development is part of the core mission of USRowing. Approximately 500 coaches go through our certification program every year. The Level 1 and 2 programs are an excellent way to introduce your coaches to more information that will help them be safer and more effective coaches. Level 3 is for an experienced head coach or pre-elite coach.
