USRowing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Resources

Welcome to our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Resource Center! We've gathered a dedicated team to work on sharing valuable resources with the rowing community and beyond. We are committed to actively building our online resource center, so we can help make our community truly feel like home. Our resource committee is a new group, and like any novice rower, we are learning, adapting, and growing in order to produce the best virtual home for us all. We are not afraid to 'catch a crab' or make a mistake, and we encourage everyone to join us in doing the same. This is a living webpage, and we will continue to add more resources and tools. We are open to feedback, so if you have any questions, want to submit a resource, or have any comments, please email jennie.trayes@usrowing.org.

USRowing is committed to making diversity, equity, and inclusion a priority, and we are dedicated to continue to grow and evolve as we invest more in these efforts. We pledge to devote time and resources to make a lasting impact and be an agent of positive change in our rowing community and broader society. We invite our membership to join us in this commitment and continue to hold us accountable.

State your commitment: You can sign our  United We Row Pledge, which outlines our values and states clearly your intention to take action in your rowing club.
