US Rowing

As part of Talent Identification and Development, USRowing collects erg scores for all athletes who want to be considered for the National Team at all levels; U19, U23, Senior and Para. Submission deadlines and required distance is listed below.  Only the athlete's name, age, affiliation, and scores will be posted. Scores will be listed alphabetically.

Scores will be considered for discretionary invitations to selection camps. USRowing expects athletes to submit at least one 6k and one 2k during the 7-month period in which the data will be collected. 
 
The deadline to submit scores will be the last day of the month and scores will be posted to the USRowing website within the first 7 days of the following month. 

Testing Requirements 

• All athletes submitting times must be US citizens 
• Testing must be done on a stationary C2 ergometer (no sliders) 
• Results must be able to be verified by a coach and their contact information must be provided 
• All erg tests will be listed as open rate. If athletes submit scores that were rate capped, they may indicate so on the submission form but the rate cap will not be posted

Athletes wishing to be considered for Olympic Selection Camp must submit scores no later than the beginning of the Winter Speed Order. Athletes are encouraged to submit their test scores at their earliest convenience. One 6k and one 2k are required unless exempted by a member of the USRowing Medical Committee or a board-certified doctor.
