USRowing's Under 23 National Team represents the U.S. at the World Rowing Under 23 Championships each year.

USRowing is committed to fair play. All athletes participating in selection for, and competing as a member of, all U.S. national rowing teams must be in compliance with United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), International Olympic Committee (IOC), United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC), World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA), World Rowing and USRowing rules and requirements relating to banned substances, including but not limited to undergoing testing and obtaining and maintaining current therapeutic use exemptions as needed. Failure to adhere to anti-doping rules and requirements may result in an athlete losing eligibility to compete for the United States.

Continued skill development in conjunction with performance based training and racing for athletes that are already high performers.

Athletes not invited to the USRowing U23 Selection Camps will be invited and are encouraged to attend the USRowing U23 Men's Selection Development Camp in Oklahoma City, Okla. or the U23 Women's Selection Development Camp in Ann Arbor, Mich. The application for these camps will be included in the 2024 U23 Selection Camp Application located within the USRowing member portal. Athletes will be invited to Selection or Selection Development Camp based on their stage of development and readiness to compete at the 2024 U23 World Rowing Championships.

U23 Selection Development Camps are a bridge between collegiate rowing and U23 Selection Camp, with a focus on developing skills, processes, technique, and mindset to give athletes the tools they need to take their rowing to the next level. All rowers will be training in both small and big boat combinations, with an emphasis on small boats (pairs, doubles, and singles). The camps will run for approximately three weeks and then have an option to continue on with OKC Riversport High-Performance program or Washtenaw Rowing Center to summer racing opportunities.
